Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today we are going to hit the legs and also get our heartbeat going.  Mixed together will be small circuits for strength, explosiveness, and endurance.  Make sure you are hitting your foam rollers and doing a really good dynamic warm up prior to beginning. Here we go..

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a plate workout.  All that is needed is a 25-35-45 pound plate.  If you don't have access to a plate, use a kettlebell or dumbbell.  We are going to mix in timed sets along with sets of reps to mix it up a bit today.  Enjoy..

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement and foam roller.  Today I'm just going to get a good sweat going and hit the pavement for a timed 5k run.  Under 23 minutes for the run is my goal.. Follow that up with some body weight movements.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a Kettlebell and Bulgarian Bag timed circuit doing as many reps as possible within each interval.  Focus on form and quality reps rather than speed.  The good news is the session is 20 minutes, the bad news is that once you start, there is no rest.. 

30 second intervals for 40 sets (4 full rounds of each movement)

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit an EMOTM training session..  Set your timer and perform this "mini" workout in the allotted minute.  If you finish prior to the time expiring, you get to rest, if you don't, you just keep going.. (push harder).. This is a great strength, conditioning, and endurance training session.

Warm up with joint mobility, foam roller, and dynamic movement.  Today is a body weight training session.  It is going to be in a ladder format.  Each exercise is performed 10 times, then 9, then 8 etc.. It is a great way to bang out a quick training session and still get a great sweat.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to have a bit of fun training.  Everyone enjoys the grab bag circuit.  Its very simple put 10-20 different exercises down on paper, and throw them into a bag.  Pick out 5-10 and you have your circuit.  You can do it for reps or for time.  Make sure that you are equitable between your strengths and weaknesses.  Always put several movements in there that you struggle with mentally and physically. So for sure there will be OH squats in mine... Have some fun and have a great training session.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we're going to be focusing on the legs.  We are going to hit some leg couplets with barbells, bodyweight, and kettlebells today.  Get that posterior chain warm, and get after it..

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a down the ladder set 10-1. Pick 4 exercises.  Start with 10 reps and then repeat until you get down to 1 rep per movement.  Make it a full body go.  You can incorporate kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight, Bulgarian bags etc.. whatever you feel like to hit this crusher.  Get after it...

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit the Cotter Crusher with the Bulgarian Bag.  It is a great 2 person training session in a you go / I go format.  You can adjust the exercises as you see fit.  For example do 3 rounds of presses, squats, and snap downs.. then switch to lunges, spins, and hammer curls for 3 rounds.. etc.. Changing it up on the fly is fine.. Great full body strength and conditioning go..

Since we love to train, we have covered one base.  Pick 7 exercises that you love to do today (or don't mind so much).  14 reps of each for 7 rounds with as little rest as possible in between.  It is our St Valentine's day circuit.  Great endurance and strength.  Since I love kettlebells and the Bulgarian bag, I am going to train with both today.

Work to get as many rounds as possible.. Don't sacrifice form for speed.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today gonna head down to the dungeon and hit the heavy bag.  I always like to change things up every now and then.  Plus punching the heavy bag relieves a lot of stress and is a helluva workout.  Timed sets plus some calisthenics make for a great training session.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit our flexibility skills (Back bridges and splits) as well as a quick chipper into and EMOTM training session.  We are going to continue to incorporate flexibility skills into our training as they are essential for developing body control, strength, flexibility, and most important avoiding injury.  So keep practicing.
