Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today we
are going to hit a strength training sessions. We are going to work to
posterior chain and core. 4 count movement + lower back and ab work.
*** The four count movement will be Suitcase dead lift + Double Dead Clean + Double Front Squat + Double Jerk = 1 Rep ***
