Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a 15 min AMRAP training session.  If you need to rest take it.. Don't sacrifice form for rounds.. Remember.. Crappy reps = crappy results.  Still, push yourself through it.

15 Minutes AMRAP

10 Sit outs
10 Snatch 5L/5R
5 Burpees
5 Chin-ups
50 Flutter kicks
