Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today we are going to hit Tabata Tuesday. Pick 5 exercises, set your timer for 8 sets of 20 seconds work, and 10 seconds rest, hit start and go all out. The purpose of this type of training is to mimic game conditions. Go after each set as if its the last shift, seconds, at bat, 10 yards.. whatever of your competition.
