Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today we take a page out of the Nebraska Wrestling Team's book in honor of Nebraska Cornhusker, New Jersey Native, and most importantly Olympic Champion Jordan Burroughs.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m2Fgl5NbtSw  We will be focusing on the plate workout portion.
