Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement. We have a FIST birthday today.. 45 burpees.. So bang them out and then we will get started. Simple workout today. Hopefully you have a hill by where you live. I am fortunate, I have several. We are going to do a run/sprints/run progression today.
