Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit the Tower of Power for a rope climbing circuit.  No ropes? Try towel pull-ups..  No pull-up bar? Try door jam rows.  The point is where there is willingness, there is a way.. Make it happen and get after it!!

10 Rounds

1 Rope Climb or 5-10 Towel Pull-ups
10 Single Arm Kettlebell Snatch 5L/5R
10 Goblet Squat
1 Rope Climb
10 Single Arm Kettlebell Jerk 5L/5R
25 Yd. Farmer's Carry
1 Rope Climb

Take rest as needed.
