Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today we are going up and down the ladder with bodyweight and kettlebells. These are great dual strength and conditioning training sessions. Lotsa sweat, stay focused, quality reps, not fast crappy reps. Get after it!!
