Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a conditioning session.  Not my favorite thing to do, but gonna hit the pavement and run, and finish up with some a sprint circuit.

Run 1 mile

10X
20 yd sprint
10 medicine ball smashes
10 chain back extensions
10 chest to bar

Run 1 mile
