Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to sling some steel and an explosive movement triplet.  3 movements that can be accomplished with kettlebells, barbells, or dumbbells.  Focus on technique rather than the amount of weight.  Great reps will equal great results.

5 sets of 5 reps

1 SCDL
1 Double Dead Clean and Front Squat
1 Double Dead Snatch
Pull-ups
Dips
Chain push-ups
Burpees
