Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today we
are going to mix Bulgarian Bag and bodyweight movements for a great
super set training session. Mixed together this will provide the best
of both worlds full body strength and conditioning in a short period of
time. Get warmed up and get 'er done.
