Warm up with joint mobility, dynamic movement and foam roller.  Today is very simple body weight workout. It is a fun circuit, and helps reduce stress.  20 minutes as many rounds as possible.

15 mins amrap

10 medicine ball thrusters w/ basketball shot
12 medicine ball smashes
14 push ups
16 step-ups 8L/8R
18 split jumps
20 crunch
