Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today we are going to get outside again and enjoy this beautiful stretch of weather we are having in the northeast. Simple training today 30 seconds of work followed by a jump rope. Utilize the 30 seconds to smash out reps for max volume, but as always don't let form suffer for speed.
