Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a 20 minute AMRAP training session.  Simple but effective.  All you will need is some space, a kettlebell, and a timer.  Get a good stretch and get after it.

20 Minutes AMRAP

15 2 Handed Swings
5 Clean and Jerk L
5 Clean and Jerk R
10 Sumo Squat / Upright Row
5 Squat Thrust
5 Sit-Ups
