Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today we are going to hit a kettlebell & bodyweight blast. Several bodyweight movements in a non stop no rest circuit format. Make sure you grease those joints, its beginning to get cold out, take the extra time to get the blood going and then get after it.
