Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a 45-15 no repeat training session.  So we will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds for 25 sets.  Give each movement your best because you'll only get one chance to work it.  It will be a mixture of kettlebells, bags, and bodyweight.  Let's get after it!!

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a multiple round strength and conditioning circuit.  It'll get your heart pumping and your muscles pumped.  Full body go, so get a good warmup and get after it..

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a kettlebell / body weight super set combo.. Sounds like a mouth full, but it is truly simple.  The rep range may be difficult, but it will be a full body go utilizing 3 kettlebell movements, and 2 body weight movements.  Get good and warmed up and get after it. Do your set of Clean and Front Squats or Clean and Jerks, and super set it with Jump Squats or SEALs.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a bodyweight blast.   8 exercises in a circuit format on the clock.  Push yourself through each movement, and maximize reps.  After a hard day of weight training, bodyweight days are a perfect compliment, and help work all of the little stabilizers that are missed when you hit the big muscle groups..

Warmup with joint mobility, foam roller, and dynamic movement.  Rack 'em up.  Old school back squat with a box jump chaser, 1 legged dead lifts, and a little foot work.  Simple strength and conditioning day.  If you don't have access to a squat rack, you can use dumbells, kettlebells, or body weight (just increase the reps a bit).  You can also roll out after each round to continue to break up fascia in your legs.  This will increase blood flow and help muscle tissue to recuperate.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit two "On the Clock" segments. 20 minutes to get your heart pumping and muscles flaring.  The first is a 10 minute EMOTM couplet with swings and goblet squats.  The second is a 10 minute AMRAP.   Both will push you and get the blood flowing.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit some conditioning with the EL D Card Flip.  It is a simple workout.  Get a deck a of cards,  pick 4 exercises and each card corresponds to the amount of reps you do for that particular exercise. Today we are going to mix in body weight and the Bulgarian Bag.

Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today we are going to hit the legs and also get our heartbeat going.  Mixed together will be small circuits for strength, explosiveness, and endurance.  Make sure you are hitting your foam rollers and doing a really good dynamic warm up prior to beginning. Warm up today with joint mobility, dynamic movement and foam roller.  Circuit day today. We are going to get that heart pumping with 12.5 minute rounds.  Pick 5 exercises and set up 5 stations.  Max reps in 25 seconds per station.  25 sets gets you through each exercise 5 times in the 12.5 time allotment.  So it is a balls to the wall sprint.  Get after it.

Since we love to train, we have covered one base.  Pick 7 exercises that you love to do today (or don't mind so much).  14 reps of each for 7 rounds with as little rest as possible in between.  It is our St Valentine's day circuit.  Great endurance and strength.  Since I love kettlebells and the Bulgarian bag, I am going to train with both today.

Warm up with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today is a HIIT circuit.  20 seconds of work and 10 seconds to switch stations.  These types of workouts are fun and really get your heart rate going as well as forcing you to mentally keep going.  The clock never gets tired.  Just keep pushing through it, and give each interval 100%.

Round range is up to you. 1 round is 180 total seconds (3 minutes)

Pick 4 exercises.  Start with 10 reps and then repeat until you get down to 1 rep per movement.  Make it a full body go.  You can incorporate kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight, Bulgarian bags etc.. whatever you feel like to hit this crusher.  Get after it...

The workout:

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other with no rest in between. After you complete all 5 exercises rest for 1 minute and repeat for 5 rounds.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a kettlebell combo training session. 90 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest.  This is a single arm session.  So stick with the same arm for the full 90. 3 movements for max reps in 90 seconds.  Should be a tough full body go.  Get the cobwebs cleared and have a great session!!

Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Long cycle clean and jerk plus rack holds today. We will perform 2-4-6-8 reps with each arm using a single bell and then the rack holds with doubles.  This is an excellent bang for your buck work out.
