Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a bodyweight workout.  Today is a good, but still challenging training session.  Set the clock for 20 minutes and go like hell.  AMRAP in the 20 minute time frame.

20 minutes AMRAP

5  burpees
5 SEAL push-ups
5 pull-ups

5 med ball slams
5 dips
5 sit-ups

10 double kettlebell clean and jerks
