Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today is a very simple workout.  Farmer's walk. If you have a partner or two, you can carry in intervals of time.  We usually do 30-45 second intervals depending on the weights. Today, heavy.. There may be some more tricks along the way as well... You never know with EL D and what he has planned..
