Happy Birthday Garrett!! Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a kettlebell and bodyweight circuit.  Simple but effective.  Several rounds to get the sweat flowing and the heart pumping.  Mornings are starting to get chilly so take the time and get a good solid warmup to avoid injury.

15 swings
15 push-ups
10 thruster L
15 sit-ups
10 thruster R
15 jump squats
