Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement and foam roller. Today we are going to hit Tabata Tuesday. 1 movement for 20 seconds of work / 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. The goal of the Tabata protocol is to push yourself as hard as you can each round. So if your rep range doesn't go down due to fatigue... You're not pushing hard enough.. Don't leave anything in the tank..
