Happy 80th Mom!! Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a circuit of 8 movements for 800 reps.  We will be utilizing kettlebells, bodyweight, and Bulgarian Bags.  Basically, the kitchen sink.  Thank you Mom for inspiring me to try and be a better man each day.  I love you!!.
