Warm up today with joint mobility and dynamic movement. One movement today, executed a couple of different ways.  Snatches.  Dead snatches, continuous snatches, and double snatches.  Strength, power, and conditioning.

Use a single kettlebell, except where specified.  Each single arm round is for left and right arm reps.  Rest 1-2 minutes in between rounds.

2-4-6-8-10
Continuous snatch

Round 2

3-5-7
Dead Snatch

Round 3

2-4-6-8-10
Continuous double snatch

Round 4

2-2-2-2-2
Heavy dead snatch

Round 5

2 minutes amrap continuous snatch
