Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today is a body bag day.  We are going to do one of the original body bag workouts created by Jim Gruenwald.  It is called the Gruenwald 1000.  There are 10 exercises, and you go through all 10 non stop.  Rest. Repeat.  The only thing that changes is the rep range.  This is a brutal workout for your grip, so get after it..

Press
Hammer curls
Sit ups
