Warm up with joint mobility, foam roller, and dynamic movement. Today we are going to a strength circuit. We will also be utilizing the rower and the airdyne bike. It is your basic push / pull go. If we were going to the gym, you would consider this chest and back day.. We always throw a twist in there though to keep it interesting.

10 medicine ball smashes
