Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit an every minute on the minute strength session.  We just be using two full body exercises.  Push ups and kettlebell snatches.  Great combination of ballistic power of the snatch and the strength of the push up. Should be a good one.  Plus the mystery event.. Gotta show up for that one.. Amount of minutes is up to you.
