Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today we are going to hit a strength, endurance, and conditioning workout. 100 down to 10 chipper. It will be a mix of kettlebell and body weight movements. The main proviso is that you can not move on until you have finished each exercise.
