Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit our animal workout.. Mixed body weight and kettlebell exercises in couplets along with rope climbs.  Great fun and a tough test.. Try and get through it with as little rest as possible..

20 swings
10 yds bear crawl
20 presses
10 yds scorpion walk
20 front squats
10 yds duck walk
20 snatch
10 yds frog hop

1 15' rope climb
