Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today we are going to hit a Bulgarian Bag Circuit. Work for 30 seconds then rest for 10 seconds. The Bulgarian Bag is an awesome tool to build grip strength, endurance, overall strength, balance, and full body mobility. Get warm and get after it!!
