Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today we are going to hit a body weight blast workout. Timed intervals with very little rest in between sets. This kind of HIIT training is a sneaky way to build up your conditioning for "game time" conditions whether it be on the wrestling mat, football field, or field hockey field.
