Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a body weight blast.  Multiple rounds to get your heart pumping and your muscles screaming.  So get warmed up and get 'er done.

8 rounds

10 SEAL Push-ups
10 Chest to bar or ring rows
10 Burpees
10 V-ups
10 Lunges (each leg)

Run 200m

Flexibility and strength : splits, back bridges, wall walks, & handstands
