Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today we are going to hit an EMOTM strength session. Several periods with heavier weight with short reps but at a rapid fire pace. Try and push yourself through this one. We will utilize plates, kettlebells, clubbells, Bulgarian bags, and body weight. Throwing the kitchen sink at 'em today. The time for each period is up to you. We will go 6 minutes per period.
