Happy Birthday Grace!! Birthday Burpees for the crew..  Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit the tires, the ropes, and the log.  Various different movements to beef up practical strength, and to have a little fun.  Enjoy..

Sledge smash
Two man tire push
Rope climbs
Pull-ups
Dips
