Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  We are going to hit 4 exercises for 1 minute each to increase work capacity.  Multiple implements in use today.  5 rounds on the clock 1 minute rest in between sets.  20 minutes of total work.  Get after it..
