Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Now that you are all warm and fuzzy inside from Valentine's Day, time to sling some steel..  Short reps / long sets. Simple today. 3 components.  Strength and a little cardio conditioning.

2 rounds of 10 sets

3 Dead lifts 50% of your max
45 seconds airdyne sprint (no airdyne, no problem: skip rope, jumping jacks, or mountain climbers)
10 push ups
