Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today we are going to sling some steel.. Good strength and conditioning workout before tomorrow's SEAL Sunday #2. Focus on opening up that low back, hamstrings and shoulders.  Its going to be hot today so make sure you are hydrating.

12 Double kettlebell swing
6 Barbell power clean
6 Double kettlebell snatch
