Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today is the last training session of the year. Make it a memorable one. Gonna hit the dungeon and sling some steel and smash the heavy bag for a nice timed/rep based session. Enjoy.. Have a safe and Happy New Year's celebration.
