Warm up with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today
we are going to hit a 5x5 strength circuit with double kettlebells. You
are going to go heavy here, so make sure that you are good and warmed
up before starting. I like to try and hit the whole body when we train
for strength. If you don't have access to kettlebells, you can
certainly do this with dumbbells or a barbell.

Rest 30-60 seconds in between rounds
