2/17/19

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a Kettlebell and Bulgarian Bag ladder session.  Full body go and just 2 rounds, but lots of volume.  Make sure you are focusing on form rather than speed.  Get after it..

16 Push-Ups
14 Double Kettlebell Cleans
12 Burpee
10 Double Jerks
