3/11/12

Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today we are going to take advantage of the mild weather and are going to head outside.  We are going to work on some agility, endurance, and strength today.
A good kitchen sink workout.


Sled pushes
Ladder shuffles
Kettlebell side shuffles
Farmer's walk
Broad jump burpees
Ab wheel walks
Mystery exercises..
