Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today we are going to hit a 40/20 circuit.  40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest. Pick 5 exercises and go 4 rounds.  Take 30-45 seconds break in between rounds.


TRX pistol squats
Ab Wheel
Barbell hang cleans
Goblet squat thruster
Airdyne bike

Hex bar dead lift
TRX rows
Airdyne bike
Box jumps
Liberty bell swings
