Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement. Another simple but effective go here.  I am taking advantage of the early mild weather and getting outside/inside for this 20 minute go.


20 minutes amrap

No strong man log? Use kettlebells, barbells, or dumbbells

Run 200m
10 log press
10 log front squat
10 spider man push ups
10 axe chops

Cool down, have a nice day                                                                El Rey always..
