Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today we are going to do a 40/20 circuit.  40 seconds on 20 seconds off.  Just a good 3 part workout. Strength, endurance and conditioning.  You just pick 5 or 6 exercises, and get after it.  Take 60 seconds res in between rounds.

Row machine
Sumo squat / upright row
Sit outs
Pull ups (assisted)
Hex bar dead lifts (moderate)
