Warm up with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller. Today
we are going to do a 5x5 strength day. 5 exercises 5 sets of 5 reps for
each. This is a nice old school gym type work out. If you have a
partner, it is even better. Just alternate sets. Make sure that you
are pushing yourself weight wise. Moderate to challenging weights.

Single Arm Dead Snatch (5L / 5R)
