12/14/13

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Get those joint greased.. It's getting cold outside.  Today we are going to work a tabata session.  20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 8 sets.  We haven't jammed out one of these in a while.  We are going to mix bodyweight and plates together to make a killer training session.  Get after it today!!!

Seal Push ups / plate rows
Plate squats
Mountain climber / crunch
SCDL
Gorilla Jacks / Plate high knees
