Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are just going to hit the pavement for some road work.  Bust out a few sprints and rip some sled work.  Get loose and warmed up then hit the road.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a plate workout.  All that is needed is a 25-35-45 pound plate.  If you don't have access to a plate, use a kettlebell or dumbbell.  We are going to mix in timed sets along with sets of reps to mix it up a bit today.  Enjoy..

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit 30 by 30 Bulgarian Bag / bodyweight combos.  These types of workouts really simulate "game conditions".  They force you to stop and start, push your pace, and maximize your reps.  As always, focus on quality reps, not quantity of reps.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit an oldie but a goodie.  2 minute drills.  We haven't done a good 2 minute drill training session in a while, and today is the day.  Pick several kettlebell exercises and perform them for 2 minutes without pausing for a break.  Chalk your hands up and warm up well.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to incorporate Bulgarian Bags and ropes for a high intensity interval training session.  30 seconds of work 10 seconds to reset.  Make a 3 to 1 ratio.  So 3 Bulgarian Bag movements and then 1 segment on the rope.  Or just shovel the spring snow. :-)

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit simple, but effective you go / I go training session.  Sorry, Uncle B it's your least favorite exercise, but I'll make it up to you.  Break it up into 10 sets of 10 reps with a burpee chaser.  Full body go, get warm and get 'er done.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a bodyweight workout.  Tough day on the shoulders and posterior chain yesterday.  Today is a good, but still challenging training session,  Set the clock for 20 minutes and go like hell.  AMRAP in the 20 minute time frame.

Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  As today is the feast day of St. Patrick, we will honor Ireland's most famous patron saint by doing the St. Patrick's Day 17. (Brigid of Kildare and Colmcille are also formally recognized as patron saints as well.)  It will be difficult, much like when he was captured from Wales by Irish raiders and taken as a slave  to Ireland, where he lived for six years before escaping and returning to his family. So put on your green workout attire, and have a Guinness in the fridge for later and get after it.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit the Cotter Crusher with the Bulgarian Bag.  It is a great 2 person training session in a you go / I go format.  You can adjust the exercises as you see fit.  For example do 3 rounds of presses, squats, and snap downs.. then switch to lunges, spins, and hammer curls for 3 rounds.. etc.. Changing it up on the fly is fine.. Great full body strength and conditioning go..

Warm up with joint mobility and dynamic movement.  Today is another simple workout.  Working the heavy bag today.  If you don't have access to a heavy bag, shadow box.. If done with real effort, shadow boxing is just as tough as hitting the heavy bag.

50 crunches
3 handstand push ups or handstand holds for time

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  We will utilize jump rope, airdyne bike or bodyweight as the focal point to get a  really good conditioning go.  Simple and effective.  Just to add a bit of strength.. Hit doubles for some short rep strength movements.

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit 2 exercises that work the entire body.  Long Cycle clean and jerk.  Timed sets.  This is a great strength and conditioning combo that hits your central nervous system pretty hard (in a good way).  It is a great way to build coordination and power through out your body, great cardio, and a tremendous push/pull combo.

Warmup with joint mobility, foam roller, and dynamic movement.  Rack 'em up.  Old school back squat with a box jump chaser, 1 legged dead lifts, and a little foot work.  Simple strength and conditioning day.  If you don't have access to a squat rack, you can use dumbells, kettlebells, or body weight (just increase the reps a bit).  You can also roll out after each round to continue to break up fascia in your legs.  This will increase blood flow and help muscle tissue to recuperate.

5 L/R one legged dead lifts
5 box jumps

50 jump rope skips

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a chipper training session.  100 reps down to 10 reps.  These are great mental and physical challenges, and you are generally a pool of sweat when you're finished.  So get after it and work hard!!
