Posting remotely from an undisclosed location.. SEAL Sunday will be suspended this week, but you can still get out there and get after it.  Try and think of something that you wouldn't normally do in your regular training, and go for it.

8 rounds

Run in deep snow for 50 yards
Walking lunges in deep snow for 50 yards
Frog hops in the deep snow
25 push-ups
25 squats

Cool down, have a nice day.. El Rey always...
