Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to incorporate Bulgarian Bags and ropes for a high intensity interval training session.  30 seconds of work 10 seconds to reset.  Make a 3 to 1 ratio.  So 3 Bulgarian Bag movements and then 1 segment on the rope.  Or just shovel the spring snow. :-)

10 Rounds

30 second intervals / 10 seconds to reset
3 segments with the Bulgarian Bag
1 segment of ropes
