3/24/15

Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit an oldie but a goodie.  2 minute drills.  We haven't done a good 2 minute drill training session in a while, and today is the day.  Pick several kettlebell exercises and perform them for 2 minutes without pausing for a break.  Chalk your hands up and warm up well.
