Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a single kettlebell complex.  Rest assured these movements all wrapped into just one rep will put it on you.  Make sure that you focus on form rather than speed.  


25 reps per arm.. Use a moderate weight.. Going for volume today...

OH Squat
Jerk
Snatch


After each rep 1 Burpee
