Warmup with joint mobility, dynamic movement, and foam roller.  Today we are going to hit a strength biased training session.  Double kettlebells, tire flips, dips, push-ups, etc... Should be fun.  Make sure you a hit a good warmup and get after it.

Team format.  Timed sets.

Box jumps
Tire flips
Pull-ups
Dips
Push-ups
Dead kettlebell cleans
Double jerks
Rope climbs
